What are your lead times?

With the ability to offer short lead times, most lamps can he wired and delivered within 2-3 weeks. Furniture typically takes 4-6 weeks, though this may vary based on the item. For a precise estimate, please contact our team.

Can I customise the dimensions and finish of a product?

Yes! All our pieces with the exception of antiqes are crafted in our West Sussex workshop, allowing us to modify dimensions and specifications to suit your needs.

Do you work on bespoke commissions?

Absolutely! We frequently collaborate with interior designers on a wide variety of custom projects. With onsite glass blowers, metal workers, and finishing specialists, we have the resources and expertise to bring your vision to life. We’d love to hear your ideas and explore how we can make them a reality.

Yes, we ship worldwide using our trusted shipping partners.

Where can I see your products?

We are located in West Sussex, just a short train journey from London, where we have a wonderful warehouse space that showcases 100's of lamps, ceiling lights and furniture pieces as well as unique accessories and antiques sourced from around the globe. Whilst you’re here take a tour of our workshop and witness the artistry of our talented in-house glassblowers. You'll also have the opportunity to see our specialist metal fabricators and our painting and finishing expert in action. Are any products currently in stock?

Items marked as in stock on the website are physically available but as we fabricate everything in our UK workshop we can work to short leadtimes.

Do you offer samples of your finishes?

Yes, we do, just drop us an email to request samples.

What type of lightbulbs do your lamps require?

We wire our lamps to specification. Please reach out to us for guidance and we will send you a specification sheet.

Can I adjust the flex length on my lamp?

Yes, flex lengths can be customised - please let us know your specifications when placing the order.

Can I select a different plug type?

Yes, we offer various plug types to accommodate different regions. Just let us know your requirements when placing the order.

Can I choose a different fabric or lining for a lampshade?

We keep a permanent supply of 'stock' shades in our Horsham warehouse, in fourteen sizes and three different fabrics, however, if you would like a bespoke shade we can connect you with a trusted lampshade company that can accommodate your requests.
